The processing of steels, stainless chrome-nickel steels and aluminum is one of our absolute passions. Steel, with its wide range of facets and diverse applications, has always fascinated our metalworkers, metal fabricators and fitters. We manufacture locally in our modern production facility in Horgen with qualified specialists who actively incorporate their many years of experience in steel construction into the projects. We provide competent and professional advice and support for customer requests in steel construction, from planning to execution.
We implement and manufacture structural steelwork on the basis of the EN 1090 standard. Our optimized processes guarantee traceability along the entire value chain at all times. Our in-house production control and valid certifications underline our high customer-oriented quality standards. Accordingly, all our welders are regularly tested and recertified in accordance with the applicable steel construction standard EN ISO 9606-1 and the reinforcing steel standard EN ISO 17660-1.
Our experienced engineers can also carry out the structural analysis and planning of the projects themselves using modern computer programs, even for high steel construction requirements. In the higher welding execution classes up to EXC 3, we have the specialist knowledge of our welding engineer to fully meet the required welding supervision according to EN ISO 14731 in-house.

In our generously equipped steel construction hall with two 10-ton cranes, we can use efficient production processes such as
